I read a lot of bad comments about ThimPress’s CS when I had a problem and was scared that I would experience the same thing, but luckily they were very helpful.When I contacted CS on Facebook, they asked me what the problem was and were willing to access WordPress to set everything up for me (maybe because I’m a bit low-tech so they thought it would be faster).
