Good product but very scammy behaviours 😀
I think the product is decent lots of sounds etc nice website, but I made the mistake of pausing the subscirption thinking (stupidly I’d get a notification reminding me this would restart) so I got charged 2 months later, for which I tried the customer service for a refund and oh boy they are bad! Thanks for not having refunded me. I will not give you any more money!Whenever they charge you they do not tell you they are doing it with email as any other decent company would.

Bad auto-renewal policy, bad company.
Mistakenly thought I had canceled the subscription at some point but either way did NOT use the service at all for months then got hit with the auto-renewal for the full-year price. Customer service just referred to the TOS and refused to work anything out or even prorate the cancellation, I noticed this only 1-2 weeks after the auto-renewal! Keep in mind most companies WILL at the very least prorate you (charge you for, let’s say, 1 month instead of the full year) if this happens. Incredibly bad business and consumer-unfriendly practice. On top of that, they have a really underwhelming collection of songs which is clearly overpriced. If I’m stuck paying for another year of this, I will use the songs as background music for negative reviews of the company. They have earned their truly abysmal reviews and btw the name is fitting since it usually refers to diseases.
